  2. You approve the scope

    One page: the departments, the people, the dates and the price. Nothing on it moves after you have approved it.

  3. You pay, or we invoice

    Card where it suits you, or an invoice and bank transfer, which is what most organisations at this size use.

  4. We build your programme

    The material is made for the scope you approved, so there is a short production window before your start date. You get that date in writing when you approve the scope.

  5. The programme runs

    Modules release on a schedule with practical work between them, so people apply it at work rather than watching it all in one evening.

  6. Support continues

    Platform and access support by email for the period your tier states. If you need implementation built, that is scoped separately.
